I'm Steve Kiernan. I run Pattern RevOps out of Williamsville, and I've built and sold companies right here in Western New York. If growth has stalled at your business, there's a good chance I've dealt with the same thing in one of mine.
Where I'm based
My office is at 5436 Main St in Williamsville. I started Pattern RevOps in 2021, and I also own a gym in Clarence, so I deal with the same seasons, staffing and slow months as the other owners out here.

My history here
I ran sales and marketing, and later the whole company, at a custom software shop in Buffalo until we sold it to a local buyer. I also ran Pointman, which built field software for plumbing, HVAC and electrical contractors. We grew it from zero to more than 1,500 customers across the US and Canada, and ServiceTitan acquired it in 2020.
