Use AI where it actually improves the business.

I design and build agents, automation, integrations, workflows, internal tools and custom software. But technology comes after understanding the work it's supposed to improve.

And I'll tell you when something shouldn't use AI at all. Sometimes a simple workflow beats an agent.

Here's the work I can take off your plate.

I use AI and automation where the work is repetitive, time-sensitive, or too easy to let slip.

Respond when someone reaches out

Somebody calls while you're on a roof or under a truck, and by the time you call back they've hired the other guy. This is making sure a new lead gets an answer fast, whether or not anyone's free to give it.

  • Missed-call response
  • AI voice agents

Keep the follow-up happening

The callback, the reminder, the check-in after the quote. All of it happens when somebody remembers, which means most of it never happens at all.

  • Quote follow-up
  • Win-back campaigns

Take repetitive work off your team

Updating the CRM, writing up the call, moving the same numbers from one screen to another. That's hours a week of work nobody needed a person for.

  • CRM updates
  • Call summaries

Build tools around how you work

When the software you own won't do the job, I build the thing that does. A pricing calculator, an assistant your team can ask, a dashboard you'll actually open.

  • Pricing calculators
  • Internal AI assistants

Make your systems talk to each other

Your CRM, your field software, your books, your calendar. When they don't talk, somebody on your team becomes the integration, copying between screens all day.

  • System integrations
  • Data sync

A sample,
not a menu.

No matter what you're struggling with, bring it to me.

  • Voice Agents
  • Productivity Agents
  • Research Agents
  • Real-Time Monitoring
  • Marketing Automation
  • Lead Engagement
  • Booking & Scheduling
  • Review Management
  • Social Media Engagement
  • Decision-Making Tools
  • Pricing Tools
  • Competition Monitoring

When technology is the wrong first move

If leads aren't converting because the offer's bad or the wrong people are calling (or worse, not calling at all), automating the follow-up won't deliver wins. In that situation, I'll suggest that we start with GTM strategy or RevOps work instead.

Talk it through with me.

Bring the problem, even if it's still fuzzy. We'll talk about what's going on, what might be behind it, and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
