Pattern RevOps may provide AI-powered inbound call handling, automated follow-up, and related services (“AI Agent Services”) as part of a paid engagement. By engaging these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI Agent Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Agent Services complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and any applicable disclosure requirements for automated or AI-generated communications in your jurisdiction
- Pattern RevOps is not responsible for the content of calls handled by AI agents beyond the configuration and instructions you have approved
- Results and performance of AI Agent Services will vary based on call volume, business type, and other factors outside our control
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SK2Companies LLC DBA Pattern RevOps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
