4. SMS Communications
Program Description
Pattern RevOps operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from us. Our SMS program is registered with U.S. wireless carriers under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) framework. Messages are sent from a 10-digit local phone number registered to SK2Companies LLC DBA Pattern RevOps.
How We Obtain Consent (Opt-In)
We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided explicit verbal consent. Consent is obtained exclusively through verbal agreement during a phone call — either with our AI assistant or with a Pattern RevOps team member:
- Verbal consent via AI assistant: when a caller speaks with our AI assistant, the assistant explicitly requests permission to send follow-up text messages. If the caller verbally agrees, that consent is recorded and stored.
- Verbal consent via live call: consent given verbally during a call with a Pattern RevOps team member, with consent recorded.
We do not collect SMS opt-in consent through web forms, checkboxes, or keyword campaigns. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. Consent records, including the date, time, and method of opt-in, are retained in our systems.
Types of Messages
Once you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Pattern RevOps:

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

5. Information Sharing, Disclosure, and No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Data: Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, and any information collected in connection with our SMS program will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This prohibition applies regardless of the form of the data and is absolute — there are no exceptions for affiliated companies, advertising partners, or data brokers.
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: companies that help us operate our website, send SMS messages, manage our CRM, or deliver our services (such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, or similar platforms). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security measures.
- Advertising platforms: we may share hashed contact information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) with Meta, Google, or similar platforms solely for the purpose of creating custom audiences or measuring ad campaign effectiveness. This data is shared in a privacy-preserving format and is not used by these platforms for their own marketing purposes beyond what you have agreed to in their terms.
